All dress or accessory orders canceled from the ordered date will lose 100% of the merchandise purchase price. Camellia Bridal Shop reserves the right to cancel, refund, or refuse any order. Camellia Bridal Shop should not be liable for any errors or omissions in pricing.
Refunds
No refunds or credit will be issued once dresses/gowns are ordered since each dress/gown is made to order. The dresses/gowns are not returnable to the Designer. This is standard in the bridal industry. The same policy exists for all accessories.

All sales are final. We do NOT accept returns or exchange on dresses and accessories
